Ryan M. Brucato, Advisory Board

Mr. Brucato founded RB Milestone Group in early 2009 in order to offer top-tier financial research and interactive communications solutions that would help identify opportunities for Wall Street by bridging the gap between issuers and the investment community more efficiently. In the midst of the financial crisis, Mr. Brucato geared RB Milestone's practice heavily towards foreign Mining issuers by successfully indentifying foreign exchange arbitrage opportunities within undervalued public companies. Companies selected were among those whose corporate stories were not reaching the appropriate financial audiences; therefore, through strategic intervention, RB Milestone was able to assist the financial community with identifying these unique opportunities, which contributed to share price increases that ranged between approximately 12% and 400% amongst roughly 80% of RB Milestone's coverage universe by the end of 2010. Due to the fact that these flagship repercussions came during times of such financial uncertainty, RB Milestone quickly branded itself within the global financial community. Since, Mr. Brucato has leveraged RB Milestone Group's reputation by successfully ramping up multi-segmented coverage focuses, which include Energy, Healthcare and Technology. Under his leadership, RB Milestone Group has seen substantial growth since inception, achieving quarter-over-quarter increases in gross revenue for 10 consecutive quarters. Mr. Brucato has also been noted in many leading publications, including Fox Business, Bloomberg, The Financial Review and BusinessWeek.

Mr. Brucato is the President and Executive Director of RB Milestone Group, and oversees all corporate affairs and development initiatives. Prior to this, he served as a managing member of a boutique equity research firm where he developed and managed corporate sales initiatives and operations. Mr. Brucato's professional experience also includes tenure at Thomson Reuters - Reuters Insight. Here he focused extensively on institutional research sales by correlating institutional investing objectives with third-party analytics and sector-based expert networks.
